Who sends these texts

MedSpañol sends these texts through theChattyAI, its communications provider.

What we text

  • One-time sign-in and verification codes you request.
  • Appointment reminders, only if you turned them on.
  • An invitation text to a clinic staff member the clinic owner adds, never to a patient.
  • Nothing clinical and no marketing.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How to stop, and how to get help

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop appointment reminders and every other text MedSpañol sends on its own.
  • A one-time code is sent only when you ask for it and check the box for that number; replying STOP does not stop a code you ask for yourself.
  • Reply START to a MedSpañol text to allow reminders again.
  • Reply HELP to any text for help, or message the clinic from the app.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
